Healing sessions and workshops with horses:
These sessions take place in open air on a meadow.
Remember to wear appropriate clothing, which may become dirty, and warm and waterproof if necessary. For safety reasons, we ask you to wear closed, sturdy shoes.
We are not liable for any accidents or damage.
We are dependent on the weather, in case of heavy rain we will move the session to another date (in consultation).
All sessions and workshops:
Sessions are confidential. I only share photos or videos on my website and in my publications (digital and / or analog) if you have given me your consent. When I refer to the content of our sessions in a written text, interview or video, I always use a fictitious name or a 1st letter of your name to protect your identity. Conversely, when you share a testimonial, with or without a photo, this is done under your true identity (first and last name).
Sessions take place within 30 days of payment through our website, unless otherwise stated or agreed with you.
After you have made your booking online you will receive a confirmation email of your payment. You will then receive an email from me, Helena Sidiropoulos, to arrange a date for our appointment (in consultation).
All sessions and participation in workshops must be paid at least 48 hours before the session or workshop takes place. In case you haven’t paid by then, your appointment or place in a workshop will be cancelled and can be taken by someone else.

If you need an invoice for your company, send me a message prior to the session with the legal details of your company (name, address, VAT number)
We do not give refunds after purchase, but you are free to pass on your session or spot in a workshop to someone else. When a workshop is canceled on my side, you are entitled to a full refund.
Please inform me via the contact page or email if you book a session as a gift for someone else or if you pass on your place in a workshop. If I have the name and e-mail address of the participant, I can follow up on their participation.
Contact a licensed psychiatrist, psychotherapist or other mental health expert in case of mental health problems.
In case of cancellation:
Threehorseshealing Practioner training – Healing with Horses, Soul and Nature:
- In case you would like to cancel your training you are asked to do this in writing, through e-mail.
- In case of cancellation 50% will be charged of the course fee, but if you can find someone to replace you, no costs will be charged.
- in case of cancellation once you have committed yourself and began the Threehorseshealing Practitioner training, the full amount will be charged
Sessions and half day retreats:
If a session is cancelled by the client due to force majeure, it can be rescheduled once free of charge to another date; if the client then is absent again, the reserved session will be charged.
Journeys and Individual programs (Guided Healing Pathway …):
- In case you would like to cancel a program you are asked to do this in writing, through e-mail.
- in case of cancellation once you have committed yourself and began a journey or individual program, the full amount will be charged
- In case you are absent on a date due to force majeure in an individual program, it can be rescheduled max two times free of charge to another date; if the client then is absent again, the reserved session will be charged
- In case you are absent on a date due in a group program, the day is charged and can not be replaced
